Lovely staff, convenient location, great for short stays, comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room, Cadbury mini-bars available.

The location was superb, being very close to the Central railway station and the Chinatown area of the city. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation options. The room was quite large for a one bedroom apartment, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and despite showing a bit of age, it was well-maintained and tidy. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the full working laundry in our room. This was particularly useful as the weather was wet, great to dry our clothes and hang up our raincoats and umbrellas. this hotel provided great value for the price, and we would highly recommend it, especially for families or longer stays.

This hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, adjacent to the railway and close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and had a large balcony, with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel also provided all the essentials and included breakfast.

All was ok, but could use more attention to cleanliness.

Great central location. Easy access to Central Station and all parts of the city. Generously spaced rooms with excellent facilities. Convenient kitchenette, washing machine, and dryer. Breakfast provided at nearby cafe with a variety of options.

We were actually surprised by the amazing view from our apartment at Castle Serviced. The spacious layout and amenities, including a full kitchen and laundry, made it feel just like home. The indoor pool and gym facilities were an added bonus. Plus, the staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and fantastic price.

The location of the apartments is very convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The apartments are also located on the train line, making it easy to explore the city. there is a Coles supermarket in World Square, just a short walk away.

The apartment was sparsely decorated and lacked comfortable seating, making it difficult to relax. The kitchen was not well-equipped, with limited cutlery and cookware provided.
